Anna is a writer and editor who loves all things pop culture. Anna grew up in Los Angeles and currently resides in the underrated midwest music capital, Minneapolis. She frequently attends as many concerts as possible. Anna graduated from Grinnell College with English and Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies degrees and has published her work in digital publications such as The Coven Magazine and Fan to Band. Anna is beyond excited to serve as Editor in Chief for the News Stan(d) and cannot wait to elevate the voices of fans everywhere!

Ariel loved being an entertainment reporter during college because she could be her little fangirl self by writing about her favorite pop artists’ album releases. Now, she simply tells people that she makes memes and tweets for a living. In her free time, she’s trying to finish writing a book, discussing random BTS things with her friend, running a lifestyle blog, and playing the Spanish guitar.

Roshni Khatri is a self proclaimed fangirl, university student and aspiring Music Industry professional based in Toronto! She is passionate about books, music and One Direction’s (inevitable) reunion. She is an avid advocate for fans, fandom and the power of fan engagement. A lover of sunsets, sunflowers, reading, concerts, crystals, harry styles and coffee, Roshni is notorious for romanticizing life and being the most authentic version of yourself!

Carson is a music journalist based in Columbus, Ohio, and they are so excited to be joining The News Stan(d) and the Fan To Band team! In addition to Fan To Band, they are also a staff writer with Unpublished Magazine and Tongue Tied Magazine. Outside of journalism, Carson is a recent graduate of Ohio State, a dancer, a color guard educator, and an activist. Christine lives in Chicago with her giant Bernedoodle, Beezy. By day, she works for an influencer marketing agency and by night, she can be found trying new restaurants or on any Lincoln Park dance floor. Christine jumps at the chance to see any and all live music. Her favorite hobbies include reading romance novels, walking Beezy and talking about Harry Styles.

Niamh is a long time stan. She started by falling in love with the Beatles, then moved her way into Taylor Swift territory and found herself obsessed with One Direction. This love for music and the communities surrounding it inspired her to pursue her passion by choosing a career in the music industry. Currently, Niamh works as a digital marketing assistant at CrowdSurf. She is enthusiastic about creating fresh and entertaining content about music, sharing powerful music with audiences, and creating ambiance playlists.

When she is not writing songs or playing instruments, she writes. Sheila has interviewed artists like Little Luna and Jagwar Twin and published with Highwire Magazine and The Brussels Times.
